The firm is pleased to announce that Rhonda L. Woo has joined the firm as senior counsel. Ms. Woo is an experienced litigator who has defended a variety of clients, including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and premises owners involving claims of exposure to asbestos and benzene. Ms. Woo will continue to practice in the areas of toxic tort and public entity defense.

In January 2017, Shawn Ridley obtained summary judgment based on design immunity on behalf of a public entity which was sued for dangerous condition of public property in a multi-million dollar personal injury case.
